An unwell Sunil Narine will not feature in the Rajasthan Royals vs Kolkata Knight Riders IPL 2025 match in Guwahati on Wednesday.
KKR captain Ajinkya Rahane revealed during the toss that the West Indian all-rounder won’t be playing the game. Instead, Moeen Ali will be making his debut for the Kolkata-based franchise, the only change in KKR’s playing XI today.

“Sunil Narine misses out, he’s not well. Moeen Ali comes in,” Rahane said after winning toss and opting to bowl.
Narine has been a key player for KKR over the years, not only as a spinner but also opens the batting for the team.
In the opening game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru last week, Narine scored 44 off 26 balls and later picked one wicket while giving away 27 runs in his four overs.
